1) Third-Party Disclosure

We operate with several partners who may store and/or process your personal information and may or may not share your details with thier own partners. Please refer to their privacy policies for more information on how they handle your data. In some cases, your payment may be handled by paypal.

2) Sticker Shop Orders

Transcend Binary currently only stores your personal details for orders via the dedicated sticker shop (stickers.transcendbinary.co.uk) for the purpouses of tracking, fulfilling and dispatching orders and will be safely discarded once no longer required for these purposes. Your name, address and contact information will be shared with Royal Mail who handles shipping for stickers. Your personal information for these orders is stored by Big Cartel and Stripe.

3) Teespring Orders

We do not have access to any data collected via our main store (store.transcendbinary.co.uk) where we sell Clothes, accessories and general merchendise. Your details are collected, stored and processed by our production and shipping partner Spring (Formally Teespring) by Amaze and we do not have any way to see, duplicate or change this information.

4) Logs, Security & Cookies

We keep logs of actions taken on our site, including connections and downloads. We Store your IP adress, user agent, device models and other non-personal details in logs stored on our servers hosted by Linode & Akamai; these logs are secured by cryotographic keys and are inaccessible to anyone other than our authorised IT/networking administrators and executives. Our Sites and Domains are secured and cached by Cloludflare who may install necessary cookies for important functions of the site such as cache, security and DNS. Our Site also contains embeds from Spring (Formally Teespring) by Amaze which may come with their own cookies.

5) Business Data Storage and Data Rights

In some cases, we may also store some data with our business suite provider, Zoho; or on a local, on-site file server for various usecases including but not limited to support inquiries, form responses, tempoary transfers, internal sharing and legal obligations. We will only keep data in these places for as long as required; If you ever wish to see, change or delete your personal data, you can email [email protected] at any time.
