Refund Policy
1) Main Store (Merchandise) Orders
We are unable to directly assist with orders placed through our main merchandise store. If you require support for issues regarding these orders (including returns, refunds, or damage claims), please refer to the online store orders section of our Contact Us page for information on how to receive support from our production and shipping partner.
2) Sticker Shop Orders
We do not accept returns for stickers. However, you are eligible for a full refund if your order has not arrived within two weeks (for UK orders) or three months (for EU/Global orders). If your stickers arrive after this timeframe, you are not required to pay for them or send them back. Furthermore, you are eligible for EITHER a free replacement or a full refund if any of your stickers arrive damaged.
For non-delivery or damaged stickers, please email us directly at [email protected]. To help us speed up the process, ensure your initial email clearly includes your order date, order number, full name, postcode, and the ordered items. Do NOT include any payment/banking info or your full address; if for whatever reason this is required we will provide a secure way to do this.
3) Compensation & Reimbursement Claims
If you believe you are owed money for a purpose not related to a specific product order, you can use our online Compensation/Reimbursement Request Form Valid and not-valid reasons for a claim are listed at the top of the form.
