Returns and refunds

a. We do not accept returns for stickers. However, you are eligible for a full refund if your order has not arrived within two weeks for UK orders or three months for EU/Global orders. If your stickers arrive after this timeframe, you are not required to pay for them or send them back. Furthermore, you are eligible for either a free replacement or a full refund if any of your stickers arrive damaged.

b. For non-delivery or damaged stickers, please email us directly at support@transcendbinary.co.uk. To help us speed up the process, please ensure your initial email clearly includes your order date, order number, full name, postcode and the ordered items. Do not include any payment or banking information or your full address. If this information is required for any reason, we will give you a secure way to provide it.
