1. Acceptance of Terms

The Transcend Binary logos, merchandise and sticker designs, graphics, written content and other original material published by us are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise stated, these materials belong to Transcend Binary or are used by us with permission.

b. You may reference or use our designs and other intellectual property in non-commercial works, including works that promote, discuss or otherwise provide publicity for Transcend Binary, provided that you clearly link to the original source using the transcendbinary.co.uk domain. Links must not be hidden behind URL shorteners, including services that do not display advertisements or generate commission.

c. You must not claim ownership of our copyrighted material, reproduce or distribute it for commercial purposes, or otherwise use it to generate revenue without our permission or an appropriate commercial licence.

4. Warranty and Liability

a. We do not provide a separate formal or written warranty. However, if you have an issue with one of our products or services, we will do what we can to resolve it. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund, replacement, repair, compensation or another appropriate resolution. b. Neither Transcend Binary nor its employees, partners or affiliates can be held liable for issues resulting from (i) your access to, use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (iii) any content obtained from our services; (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. These exclusions do not apply in cases where we are legally required to accept liability.

5. Governing Law and Changes to Documents

a. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

b. We may update or revise these Terms and the policies listed on transcendbinary.co.uk/legal when necessary. If we make changes, we will notify you through our social media channels and, if you have an account with us, by email.
